I stayed at this property for a family vacation recently during April 2024, i felt cheated staying there as I was charged extra for food items which were promised to me as a part of their complimentary breakfast deal, i found the owners to be heartless in their behaviour and utilizing every opportunity of customers vulnerability during a trip for earning extra bucks. The room service were pathetic many a times and if anything in the room gets dysfunctional during stay, it never gets fixed. I would never recommend Hotel Surya Kiran musoorie to anyone, anyone staying there shall beware of bad experiences.

Strict no to travellers visiting Mussoorie for a family trip. If one want to visit dance bars then can try the place.. booked rooms for family stay and notice that the room were converted to dance bars and we had a restless night...staff was fraud as even agree to x price asked for x +1000 next day on checkout...property is old...beds are hard like rock.. sheets and blankets are stinky and full of stains...food was below par...we were also asked to pay additional day charge for using wifi in restaurant after checkout..

I booked hotel for 3 days but in a single day we checked out as nothing was good in this hotel.Poor room service worst food and illiterate staff.In cleaniness it was so bad i request everyone not to waste time and money for this hotel This hotel is zero rating from our end

It’s a total humiliation to South Indian cuisine. Visited for Brunch and ordered Vada it was half cooked. Complained & they replaced but still uncooked. Idli was equally bad. Sambar was too salty & thin like water. Chutney was too salty. It’s a total cheat. Never visit in the name of Udipi normally Udipi is famous for South Indian Cuisine in the world. Lastly my stomach got upset due to this food & am still on antibiotics for the last 4days...

One of the best stays I had. Lovely location with the best support staff and the owners always make you feel home. Great food and nice doon view. A must visit people visiting here. Located in heart of mussoorie mall road. Cheers guys Keep it up
